Big Bucket Software’s strange avoid-stuff-falling-from-above game The Incident has been updated to version 1.3 today, bringing with it the hotly-anticipated (by some, anyway) TV support.

This new mode allows for the game to be routed out onto an HDTV, and played using the iPhone as the controller.

You’ll also need an iPad sitting nearby to actually output the images, mind, but if you do happen to have both gizmos on hand then you’ll need to plug in a VGA cable into your iPad’s port to the back of the TV.

As the Pocket Gamer Bronze Award-winning app is universal, you won’t need to purchase two separate copies of the game to make it work, so that’s some relief.

The Incident is available on the App Store now for £1.19 / $1.99 / €0.79, and can be downloaded using the button below.
