Sonic Colors DS to be playable at E3

As we previously mentioned, Sonic The Hedgehog 4 isn't the only upcoming game to feature everyone's favourite blue haired spike-ball. Sonic Colors on DS (and Wii) will also satiate your hedgehog based speed lust.

It all takes place in a theme park that's been built on a planet populated by aliens. It's up to you to run, jump, and run some more to foil Eggman's latest hair brained scheme. You'll get access to some superpowers as you go, to help you on your quest.

On the Official Sonic Channel blog over in Japan, Sega writes that both Sonic The Hedgehog 4 (hitting iPhone and iPad this summer) and Sonic Colors will be playable at the E3 show this June.

The expo starts June 15th. We've got Pocket Gamer members attending, naturally, so we'll try and swing by Sega's booth for a play.
