Player X Distribution has announced a partnership with mobile advertising firm AdMob, based around the former's 100% Mobile games portal.

Player X will be advertising across AdMob's global network to drive traffic to the portal, which has so far been launched with O2 in the UK.

The company's publisher partners will be able to track conversions from their advertising campaigns.

"Player X is clearly a leading player in mobile gaming, so it's great to be able to work witht hem as they expand, and to drive significant traffic to their gaming portals," says Russell Buckley, VP of global alliances at AdMob.

"Based on our work in the gaming sector, we expect some really impressive results."
