When Apple conceived the app store and the iPhone Software Development Kit, the idea is to make it easy and possible for anyone to create their own games and applications for the device.

We've seen from the number of one man developments and independent studios that this is indeed the case, and now a group of high school students have joined the fraternity of iPhone game creators with a new puzzle title called Blockit!

The objective of Blockit! it is a simple one. Prevent the spikes from popping the bubbles. To stop these pointed bubble poppers you're given three blocks to a position that strategically about the screen, while adding a fourth block makes the first one disappear.

The game is just been released on the App Store, so head on over to check it out.
