Butterscotch Shenanigans has revealed that its epic crafting adventure RPG Crashlands is set to hit the App Store, the Google Play Store, and Steam, on January 21st.

There's more than 60 hours of game to sink your teeth into here, and some pretty smart ideas that should make the genre more accessible and fun. Like an infinite self-sorting inventory. And simple finger-painting building mechanics.

Plus there's a slightly sick sense of humour running through everything. Just watch the trailer at the top of the article without laughing just a little bit. Bet you can't.

And here's a new poster for the game as well. For your eyes. Look at it with your eyes.

The game will be cross platform as well, meaning you can pick up your mobile game on your PC and vice versa, if you're into that sort of thing.

And, probably the best news of all, Sam, one third of the Butterscotch Shenanigans brothers, has just been given the all clear from cancer. The cancer that inspired the trio to make this game. So yay!

We'll remind you closer to the time when the game is set to hit, but you can definitely paint us excited about this one. And, as a special treat, here's a hands-on we did with the game at GDC earlier in the year.
