| Type:Rider

Type:Rider isn't your typical side-scrolling adventure. That's because its creator, Cosmografik, has something of a font fetish, you see.

You step into the 'shoes' of two dots in Type:Rider as they roll and slide their way through typographic history in a musical and visual journey.

The backgrounds are illustrated with archived artwork from important typographic eras or with scenic landscapes. The foreground, meanwhile, is silhouetted.

As for gameplay, well, you have to ride the more popular fonts to avoid hazards. You'll also have to solve puzzles using different control methods.

If you do manage to get through the 2,000 levels of typographic history, you'll be able to unlock the secret 10th level.

Write in your diaries (using a nice font) that Type:Rider is heading to iOS and Android devices on October 15th.

Don't use red pen, by the way. Please.
