Every day Pocket Gamer received dozens of emails from developers with trailers and gameplay videos to share with our readers.
We're very grateful for this and only too happy to facilitate in most cases - we love you guys!
However if we manually uploaded all of them to our CMS, wrote the accompanying text, and published them ourselves we wouldn't have
any time left over to argue about television shows in the virtual office. Or do any work. So we created a handy video submission form,
allowing you to add your own videos to Pocket Gamer.
This worked pretty well for all concerned but there were still a few nagging issues - developers had to submit their details again
every time they wanted to add a new video and then once the video was in our system it wasn't actually clear if or when it was going
to be looked at or put live.
We've now fixed both of those issues by tying the process into our relatively new PG Business Network system.
So now you can login once and have all your details remembered, submit videos and then
keep a track of where they are in our system all from one profile page. I know, amazing what you can do with modern technology, next
thing we'll be instantly sharing photos and inane thoughts with everyone in our contact books...
Oh, and of course as the Network is a brand spangly new thing, there's loads of other benefits too, such as the ability to submit news
and press releases via the same system, see all your company's coverage on PG and PG.Biz in one place and get free stuff (like reports and
party invites). More about all this here.
To submit your video just go here and register or log-in.
