What would they be?

For me:

Mario Kart, the best race driving game on the DS and the most fun and great multiplayer functionality.

Puzzlequest: Yes, the Computer cheats, but I keep coming back to it.

The Casino games pack, Can't remember the name right now,. but it has bowling, various card games and multiplayer as well.
Actually it has about 40 games I think.

Hmm... I change my mind like the weather but at present it would be:

GTA Chinatown Wars. So much to do
Disgaea. Always - without a doubt my favourite game of all time and it's got so much depth
Pokemon Platinum. Just scratching the surface of my first Pokemon game and want to see where this is going! Oh, and I'm 35 - go figure

New Super Mario Bros
The Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass
Metroid Prime: Hunters

I'm unusual in that I don't like Zelda: Phantom Hourglass very much.

I'd have New Super Mario Bros, GTA: Chinatown Wars, and Mario 64. Not very exciting, I know. I blame it on the fact that when I was on review duty Kath used to give me all the shovelware.

I'm with you on Zelda: PH Rob - having to go back to that same dungeon really irritated me. Never finished it as a result.

My three:

Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime - one of the most charming games you'll ever play, and one of very few that brought out the completist in me.
Rhythm Tengoku Gold - such fun!
Mario Kart DS - agree with danskmacabre on this one. The second best MK ever (after the original).

Just checked out the trailer for The Another World, looks awesome! A Ghibli DS game

I'd have to have:

Mario Kart (as long as I have a wireless connection )
Civilization revolution
Worms Open Warfare 2 (never get tired of that)

Puzzlequest - Challenge of the warlords simply because you can waste so much time on it
Elite Beat Agents - just because its one of my all time fav DS games
Fifa 09 - well, i hate football in real life but theres something about fifa games that draw me in an make me play for hours
