I hate fish. They're terrifying scaly monsters that will one day overthrow the human race and colonise the planet. If you look in a fish's cold dead eyes, you'll see nothing but hatred and a lust for vengeance.

Still, people will insist on portraying them as cute cartoon bundles of fun. Like in Small Fry, which is out now for iOS and Android.

In this one, you guide a plucky gold fish through the sea using the time-honoured 'tap to swim down, release to swim up' method.

You're fleeing from a massive shark, so you have to bob and weave through other denizens of the deep, flying out of the water to bounce on bubbles and push your fishy quest on even further. Sometimes, you're in space, too.
