You're going to die when you play it, and you're going to die a lot. Honestly, just getting away from the first level can feel like a monumental task.

But that's what we're here for. We've put together a bunch of hints and tricks to ensure that you're as ready to face the terrors under the earth as you can be. You're still going to die, but you might not die as much. Maybe.

Run away

For your first few forays into the dungeons, it's best to cut your losses early. When you've bagged a couple of chests, get out of there. That won't just give you loot, it'll give you some XP that'll eventually let you change your deck of cards.

It might seem cowardly, but if you keep dying you're going to run out of gold super quick. And that means you won't be able to use potions or health kits, and quite frankly those are the most important things in the game.

[read more] http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/r/iPhone/Lost+in+the+Dungeon/feature.asp?c=76999 Wed, 21 Mar 2018 14:00:00 GMT If PUBG Mobile is full of bots that might be a good thing This will be a hard-to-swallow pill for some if it turns out to be true, but Tencent might be making your introduction to PUBG Mobile a little easier than it's letting on.

After only soft launching in Canada last week, PUBG Mobile's been quickly popping up in a variety of areas including the US and Europe. This might've been a snap decision after Fortnite proved its worth already on iOS, but it's good news all around.

It looks like a lot of people have been tucking into delicious chicken dinners recently. Not just people - newbies. As The Verge and then Kotaku caught on, the ratio of (potential) bots to players for new blood seems higher than those more experienced, and that's kind-of wonderful.

[read more] http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/r/iPhone/PlayerUnknown%27s+Battlegrounds/news.asp?c=77009 Wed, 21 Mar 2018 13:42:00 GMT GDC 2018 Diary Day Two: Anime games and anime parties Dear diary,

It turns out the party did not have any balloons after all!
