Unique augmented reality puzzler Reflow goes free for the first time
Physical-based puzzles
Reflow first arrived on the App Store in 2011, combining physics-based puzzles with the world viewed through your camera. Recently, the game was discounted for the first time in several years, dropping to free on iPad and iPhone.
Each level challenges you to direct a flow of colored particles to a waiting bowls, navigating through portals and color-changing areas. However there are no lines to draw or tools to construct some Rube Goldberg contraption; you need to use the world and people around you to solve these puzzles.
The background of each level is the image through your camera, abstracted to black and white. White space acts as barriers that can block and redirect particles, so working together with friends or items is key, much like a Kinect game.
You can download Reflow on iPad and iPhone.
