FIFA 11 and Pro Evo 2011 rival Real Football 2011 is first on the pitch.

Featuring Retina display graphics, 350 teams, 14 leagues, ten modes, Bluetooth and wi-fi multiplayer, and three action buttons, Real Football 2011 is the most fully equipped title in the franchise so far. Gameloft describes it with the tagline, "a whole new game, a brand new look."

Pocket Gamer's Richard Brown got a look at Real Football 2011 a couple of weeks ago and came away duly impressed, particularly with the History mode, which lets you recreate and tweak famous matches from the past. Also of note is the interoperability across iPhone and iPad.

Real Football 2011 is available now on iPhone and iPad for £3.99 / $6.99. Pocket Gamer is working on a review as you read these words.

[Update: Although Real Football 2011 is live in the US, it hasn't gone live in the UK at the time of writing.]
