@darkbrawler : follow what's in POKERTY's posting to find compass. somewhere after passing 3 traps there's a secret passage. just keep stopping to press key 6/search every time u'in a long lane. the passage will shown. i think that where compass is. that's how i found secret passages.. ;-)

i have finished the game but.. i still haven't found the SHARD, 4 MORE LETTERS OF EVIL'S NAME, and 4 OTHER CITIES (besides whalejford,achwad,and mubrak).

is it supposed to b not found/not exist?

if not like that, pleeeease show me where are those? and how to get there?

@teahu or anyone : what screen and version u'r playin? i'm playin in 132x176 screen. why can't combat? i press key 1 but flee out of combat instead of getting closer to enemy.. hmpff.. help :-( !

btw what to do or where (maybe to press key 6? ) to get COMPASS? i can't see it anywhere in the cave. it's getting my nerves wrecked !!!

the sexton is in the city that is on the island at the top right hand corner of the world map. Talk to the pirate that is standing on the wharf next to the ocean. keep talking and answering his questions until he gives you a sexton

@vanvan Once you get the three tablets you have to kill blackbeard. He can b found in the cave in the bottom left corner of the map. It will be locked but if you talk to the pirate bride (Amber) on the island in the top right corner of the map she will give you blackbeards plans which gives you access to the cave. Once you do that talk to the king if he tells you to train go to second floor of the castle and talk to arnold he will train you. use all your points and then talk to the king again and the game will be over. Provided you did everything in the game. I think you also must have given the eye of the ocean to the man by the well and also determined the the location of the the city where the pirates bride Amber is and also the cave where you found the eye of the ocean. To do that you need the sexton once you have that talk to the geographer and the king and tell them about the 2 locations

You will find sherrar in city of Mubarak(east of castal) you will need a compass to find mubarak.compass will be used automatically.

without a guide or some hints it is pretty hard but a very good game.
Havnt finished yet found all the treasers in the first cave i think. Got the compass but unsure in how to use it. Need to find the sexant or something if yous can help please email me. Found a new cave after at the end of the left bottom side its locked tho? Help please. Very good game. Thankyou

Looks like the old Ultima games on the C64.
The storyline sounds about the same too.

Looks like it could be fun tho.
