Part of me thinks publishers should just be allowed to charge what they want. But if they start getting greedy they might find that sales drop.

still think the bottom tier is always the default.
Is apple trying these new pricing models before rolling out world wide later?

Malaysian store still uses US currency, so 99c is still worth RM3.20 here.
