Can't wait for that Soul Sacrifice and Phantasy Star. Outside of PS1/PSP games, not a lot of native Vita RPGs. But at least Persona 4 Golden is really really really good. :D

My brother-inlaw has a Vita. It is a nice looking handheld console. He has been disappointed due to the lack of games. Hopefully the 2013 lineup gives him something to look forward to.

It always seems to be people who don't have a Vita critisizing it.

The system is brilliant - looking good for the upcoming year considering many titles won't have been announced yet.

I'm still confused as to why Sony doesn't look at it's existing line of PS3 games and make Vita versions. I am a PSP owner, and still use my PSP. I still don't see the value proposition to invest in PS Vita. Still can't connect to a TV (I travel, this is a great feature for watching movies on the road). Still no support for UMD content. The new proprietary memory is still grossly overpriced. I'm just not seeing the value yet.

Yes, great device. Great screen. Dual analog sticks. But I'd trade a back touch panel (that we weren't asking for) and the 6-way gyros for UMD support. The handheld has a lot going for it, but the best games are still playable on the old PSP unit (which you can still buy for < $100). Some of these titles look interesting, but not enough to get me to spend north of $400 on the new device, case, memory, etc. to get out the door.

They need to announce God of War: Ascension on Vita. That would get my attention. I think Sony is counting on Vita owners also owning a PS3, but many existing PSP users don't. I don't. I'm not a big platform gamer. I don't own any of them (Wii, XBox, PS2/3), and I'm not looking to buy one. The Vita needs to be able to stand on it's own. The PSP could. What's Sony afraid of?

Tearaway is the only one that seems somewhat interesting to me. Other than that, Bioshock seems to be the only Vita game I'm looking forward to. Hoping for a good FPS as well, so I might check out in at Killzone.
