"IAP's....ugh"
The iAP's are optional and all* can be unlocked within the game through normal play anyway as with previous versions of the game (the requirements for unlocking them remains the same as in prior iterations).
The idea is purely to allow cash rich/time poor people the option to unlock them - not to change the way people play the game, gameplay is (and will always be) sacrosanct in my games.
*Apart from the challenges which are first 4 free and others as nominal amounts as per previous version.

Anybody knows if we can play with the Jleague teams? If not, I won't buy it at this price

Yes finally! The whole challenge of Football Manager has always been about starting from the bottom on tight budget and progressing either by building a better team or taking on a new job at a bigger football club... or you could just pick Real Madrid or Barcelona as your team and walk through most matches, I personally think those in app purchases are not a big deal and I can't see any reason to pay for them.
