I've really been enjoying this game. Up to Level 25 with almost 30 skylanders and all but 5 were maxed out. But I logged in today and my whole game was reset all the way back to the beginning. I lost over 2000 gems, all my premium content I had bought and all my skylanders! What happened?!? Is there a way to contact them??

I bought my son a skylander giant,crusher,for Xmas,opened it up and nicked the code so I could have it in my game,am I sad? Not sure,I'm 35 yrs old and acting like a right goon,bt this game is mint and I am loving it! Gonna gt the other iPad skylander games,ne 1 no if there any good?

I too am a Slylanders addict. I was lucky - we've got about 15 of the figures for the XBox game so I typed in all the codes I could find and unlocked loads of characters.
I have spent real money though - I bought gems :( I always swear blind I won't buy gems in games like this but I did! I'm about to buy another island too for 150000 coins! It's taken days to collect that money but it's worth it. Waiting to get my hamds on a Bluetooth portal of power. Them the real fun can begin. So thinking of opening my son's Christmas present so that I can get the code for his giant Skylander! Now I _know_ I have a problem! :)

If you don't know anyone with the console game and the 'portal of power', then place Swarm on the back of a Samsung Galaxy S3 with the NFC option turned on. You can at least your toy light up. Luckily, my son has all of the first generation skylanders and is well on his way collecting the new edition. Make sure to also use the toys in the other 2 iPad games as well.
