Can't disagree with this review, if anything I'd give it an even lower score. I'm a huge fan of Dexter, I've read the books, watched every episode of the tv show to date, and this game was a huge disappointment, even the flawed first game is far superior to this effort
Strip away all the complex mora and ethicall issues of Dexter and at it's most basic Dexter is kind of like Batman with balls, there's a great video game there waiting to be made.
