I can't speak for the Xperia Play, but on the Xoom (as of this writing), it locks up fairly randomly. Sometimes I can play for 20 minutes, other times it locks up almost immediately (3-5 minutes). Either crashes/force closes to home, or freezes/locks and has to be manually forced closed. Same as a lot of other recent Gameloft titles (Zombiewood is another culprit).
