DOW just lost my dollars! Your comments about Android are so off base it shows your preconceived impressions without any research. Ba and Bye!

Very interesting article and nice to see such a frank and open interview. I do wish DOW could move faster than they do, although I appreciate the level of quality that they produce, particularly in TTR.
I know I'm not the only one that would dearly love a more complete Small World (two players only? Really?) and Memoir on the iPad would be a massive hit. If they don't have time to do these things in house then I really wish they'd out-source them. There's money to be had!

Great interview. A very interesting read on a lot of topics. Interesting impressions on physical sales and the Android platform.
I love their game, but unfortunately they don't seem to get the point of a universal application on the iOS platform. The iPhone version can be used to play solo (or online if the person so chooses.) Then the iPad version can be used primarily online (or solo with achievements if the person so chooses.) Lots of companies, particularly in the board game genre, approach things with the universal application. I would love to see Days of Wonder embrace this.
