Ios games are all shovelware, with there broken controls, lack of content and depth
It shouldnt be number 2, maybe 10..............
Other fails
No gameboy advance or gameboy color or wonderswan all with a better librarys than ios or neo geo

Im sorry, but no physical controls means it cannot be 2nd. Ive already ebjoyed the vita more in a week than the ipad/ipod touch gaming combines for the last few years.
Most proper games like racersm shooters, action etc just get boring without accurate responsive controls. Unless there are analogue sticks/D-pads and buttons on ios devices, theyll only be good for casual games.
