I think you need to look at samsung again, samsung has more of their own patents and products in the iphone then apple does.

just because a patent is filed doesnt mean its not up for dispute. if apple ever tries to use some of these patents and they infringes on anothers patents their patent gets removed and they end up paying the original patent holder out the butt.
you cant really say that the patents are legit until theyve actually been in use for a while

Boring.. Apple better worry about catching up to android and get ahead of the curve. The iphone 5 will still lack what the htc and sumsung galaxy s2 have .. which is everything apple doesnt.
