Apple has today announced that pre-orders of its newly announced iPhone 5 topped two million in just 24 hours - more than double what the iPhone 4S managed to achieve last year.
"iPhone 5 pre-orders have shattered the previous record held by iPhone 4S and the customer response to iPhone 5 has been phenomenal," Phil Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of worldwide marketing, said.
"iPhone 5 is the best iPhone yet, the most beautiful product we've ever made, and we hope customers love it as much as we do.'
Naturally, demand for the iPhone 5 greatly exceeds Apple's supply of the smartphone. This was clear
last week when the Cupertino company flogged its entire initial stock of Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint iPhone 5s in under an hour.
If you're lucky, you'll get your mitts on an iPhone 5 come September 21st.

Lots of iSheep out there that don't even care what they get as long as it is Crapple stuff. Just saw "First Look: iPhone 5" from Jimmy Kimmel live, ahhahahahaha...... Seems Apple is just implementing Android functionality in their iPhones and trying to catch up technically. And as it seems they can't they are just trying to sue the hell out of competitors with ridiculous patents.

Lots of iSheep out there. I dropped my iPhone 4 for a Samsung Galaxy SII. Best decision ever. Couldn't be happier. My next handset will be either the Note 2, or the GSIII (or the rumored GS4). I will never go back to Apple.
