A recruiter at Japan's Foxconn factory has sparked rumours that Apple's next iPhone, the iPhone 5, will be released around June rather than later in the year like its predecessor.
If you're unfamiliar with the Foxconn factory, it assembles Apple products. Lots of 'em.
"Now, we're recruiting 18,000 people to make the Apple iPhone 5," the recruiter, speaking to a WBS reporter about the factory's numerous 'help wanted' ads, said.
When the reporter conducting the interview stated that 18,000 is a lot of people, the recruiter replied: "That's because it seems like it will go on sale around June."
The interview was conducted from a distance and the recruiter possibly knew that he was on camera. Let's not get too excited just yet, then.
