iPhone 4 jailbreaking begins with preliminary hack
|

Just days after Apple’s new iPhone 4 went on sale, enterprising hackers have already jailbroken the new device and have it running cyber-blackmarket app Cydia in high resolution.

Don’t get too excited yet, though. The jailbreak is a preliminary “userland” jailbreak which uses Apple software to load the mischievous files. That means developer Comex won’t be releasing it, and Apple would quickly patch it if he did.

This comes from members of the iPhone Dev Team, the same wily hackers who invented such iPhone tools as PwnageTool, redsn0w and Spirit. If anyone is gonna crack your new iPhone 4, it’ll either be these guys.
