At midnight tonight, Zenonia 5 will hit the App Store, bringing with it another tale of brave warriors, evil overlords, and swords which are bigger than their owners.
Having had a bash at the Android version of Zenonia 5, we can safely say that Gamevil is sticking firmly to its established action-RPG playbook with this latest instalment.
After choosing from either the Beserker, Mechanic, Wizard, or Paladin classes, you must save the world from a cruel and dictatorial nobility. Oh, and from a dude called Aster who has pointy eyebrows.
The Zenonia series has always delivered in the visual department, and Zenonia 5's elegant 2D art styling does the franchise proud.
Combat is still real time, and there's a decent selection of perks and skills with which you can customise your fighting style.
Also, besides the expansive single-player campaign, warriors with something to prove can indulge in some asynchronous PvP action with other players across the globe.
