Are you ready for World War Z? Find out when it hits iOS and Android on May 30th
Prepare for carnage
If you're a fan of zombie movies, you'll no doubt already be aware that the Brad Pitt vehicle World War Z will hit cinemas worldwide in June.
You may not, however, already know that Phosphor Games Studio's official World War Z mobile tie-in game will be available to download from the App Store and Google Play on May 30th.
The Dark Meadow and Horn developer is yet to release any gameplay details for its World War Z companion game, but we do know it'll feature 28 levels, some puzzle solving, and plenty of upgradable weapons.
There'll be lots of zombie-based combat, too. Natch.
"We were excited to be able to use the cutting-edge Unreal Engine 3 to bring World War Z to life," Chip Sineni, Phosphor Games Studio's director, said.
"Our goal was to build Paramount a AAA game, and with that came all our favorite bells and whistles, like ambient occlusion lighting, multi-pass blended textures, and hordes of enemies to fight."
Check out the video above. Then, grab your shotgun and start digging a bunker. You're going to need it.
