Let's face it: hell will freeze over before Naughty Dog develops an official Uncharted title for iOS or Android.

This means we'll have to make do with clones and homages, such as Gameloft's Shadow Guardian.

Oh, and with Semaphore's Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta, which is heading to both iOS and Android in the near future.

In this Uncharted-esque title, you take on the role of Nathan Drake wannabe Faris Jawad, who sets off on an adventure through the Middle East in search of infamous Muslim explorer Ibn Battuta.

Naturally, your mission turns out to be a lot tougher than you first expected, due in no small part to a militia army, a weapons dealer, and an antiquities smuggler that all stand in your merry way.

Luckily for you, you have many talents.

Besides being a good climber, you're actually pretty well versed in brutal hand-to-hand and gun-based combat techniques.

Indiana Jones who?

Keep your eyes glued to Semaphore's Unearthed blog for updates on this episodic title's progress.
