Tokyo Ghoul is getting its very own mobile RPG this Autumn
Android users can pre-register now
Tokyo Ghoul fans rejoice! The anime will be getting a new mobile game coming to iOS and Android later this Autumn.
Tokyo Ghoul [:re birth] will be made by Bandai Namco, certainly no stranger to anime game adaptions, and will recount the whole original story set in ghoul infested Tokyo.
Over 100 characters from all the different Ghoul series will be playable in tap-based battles, from Ken Kaneki to Kotaro Amon, both Humans and Ghouls can be collected and played with.
However, there isn't just a singleplayer, there is also a PvP mode. Like in the show, there are 23 wards all being controlled by either Humans or Ghouls. You engage in territory battles and win back the whole of Tokyo for the faction you support (Ghouls obviously).
Tokyo Ghoul will be released on the App Store and Google Play later this year, but Android users are able to pre-register right now and get access to Ken Kaneki and Haise Sasaki as soon as the game launches.
