The Longest Journey Remastered is spinning its spell on iPad and iPhone right now
How long is it?
At the end of last month we reported that The Longest Journey had been remastered for iOS devices. It came out in Australia and New Zealand, but the rest of us had to wait a little longer to get our paws on the game.
Well, that waiting is over and done with. The game is live right now on the App Store, meaning you can play a touch-enabled version of the classic point-and-click-adventure to your heart's content.
This new version features an intro and an outro by Ragnar Tørnquist, a new font, and a dynamic help system. Which all sounds good.
The game follows April Ryan on a mystical, narrative driven escapade through a slew of different worlds, and is widely regarded to be one of the finest adventure games to ever ask you to click to move.
The Longest Journey Remastered is out right now, and it'll set you back £4.99 / $6.99 to give it a whirl.
