Tekken Mobile arrives tomorrow - here’s how you can join the competition

In case you missed it, Bandai Namco’s classic brawler Tekken is getting a mobile release, and the wait is almost over. Tekken will have a staggered launch window over the next couple of weeks. Here’s how it breaks down: • February 1st: Latin America, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, South East Asia

• February 15th: UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Russia, Benelux, Singapore

• March 1st: United States, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong

Tekken’s mobile release features much of the same frenzied fighting you remember, though the controls have been simplified to suit the mobile platform, adopting swipe mechanics similar to those found in other mobile fighting games like Skullgirls.

Dozens of classic Tekken characters will be making an appearance, along with a brand new character to celebrate the launch of Tekken on iOS and Android. Two-star Rodeo joins the cast.
