A Stranger Things game is coming from storytelling masters Telltale

As part of the goodness coming out of E3, Telltale Games has announced a partnership with Netflix, which includes a brand new game based on Stranger Things.

There's almost no details on the game besides the fact that it's being worked on, but Telltale games did say that it would come to consoles and computers – so we can hope for a Switch release, and maybe a mobile release further down the road.

There's already a free Stranger Things game available, which we gave a silver award. But Telltale's sure to take its own unique spin on the story, and it seems a safe bet that we'll see the kind of episodic storytelling we've gotten from their other titles.

Speaking of episodic storytelling, the partnership will also bring Minecraft: Story Mode as an interactable adventure to Netflix sometime in the fall. How exactly the interactive element will work within Netflix remains to be seen, but we'll update as we hear more details.
