Drops its game prices, fair and square

Square Enix celebrates iPhone Final Fantasy launch with App Store-wide sale
|

Final Fantasy is all the rage once again, mainly thanks to its rebirth on mobile and, of course, on iPhone.

Both Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II are out now on the App Store, and Square Enix is celebrating the relaunch of its biggest franchise by putting its other App Store products on sale.

The Japanese publishing giant has five other titles in its iPhone roster, all of which will be on sale until March 3rd. Admittedly they're still not quite what us spoiled iPhone gamers would call cheap, but if you've been looking for an excuse to pick up Square Enix's other hot RPGs, now is the time to do it.

Here's a list of the Square Enix games on sale until next week:

Song Summoner: The Unsung Heroes - Encore - £4.99
Hills and Rivers Remain - £2.99
Sliding Heroes - £0.59
Vanguard Storm - £2.39
Crystal Defenders - £3.49
Spanner Spencer
Spanner Spencer
Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
