Simon the Sorcerer Between Worlds will be heading to iOS and Android according to dev StoryBeasts

It looks like Simon the Sorcerer Between Worlds will be heading to mobile in the future.

I mean, it's not out on anything yet, and we're still waiting on Story Beasts to announce the start of the game's Kickstarter campaign, but we understand that it's coming soon.

According to Claudio Medina, designer and writer at StoryBeasts, "We're teaming up with Mojo Touch (The company that did the re-releases of the old Simons for mobile) to port the new game to iOS and Android."

He also added that "the process to launch the KS has taken longer than we wished it had but things are still moving."

Split up

The game is split between two different worlds, as the game suggests. One where Simon works in a shop to pay off a debt he doesn't remember accruing, and another where he's a successful magician called Simone. And isn't a he.

We will, of course, let you know as and when we get any more details. But the good news is we should be seeing a new Simon the Sorcerer game on phones and tablets soon(ish).

In the meantime you can keep up with the development process of the game over on the StoryBeasts blog.
