How to download Rush Wars Beta: Changing Regions
It's really quite simple
It’s always a bit disappointing when you hear a new game’s out, get all excited, then rush to the App Store or Google Play only to find that it’s not yet playable in your region. Something tells me a lot of mobile gamers will be experiencing that exact feeling this morning, as the beta for Supercell’s Rush Wars is currently only available in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
If you’re not the patient type, there are ways around this. And, thankfully, you won’t need to bother faffing about with a VPN in order to play the iOS version online once you’ve got the game downloaded.
The easiest way to do this might sound like a hassle, but it’s actually super simple. All you’re going to have to do is create a new Apple ID. Here’s a handy link to create the account. To play Rush War, you want to set your new account’s region to Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. Your debit/credit card won’t work with your new account, so it’s best to answer ‘None’ when asked for payment info.
Once you’ve finished setting up your account, simply log back in on your iOS device with your new Apple ID and search for Rush Wars on the App Store. If you’ve set your region correctly, you’ll find it no bother. Here's a link to the game's App Store page.
