Turn based fantasy battler Ravenmark: Scourge of Estellion is currently just £2.99 / $4.99

Ravenmark: Mercenaries, the second game in Witching Hour Studios's turn-based fantasy strategy series came out in the UK at midnight last night.

To celebrate, the developer has slashed the price of the first game, Ravenmark: Scourge of Estellion, by more than 50 percent.

You can grab the Bronze Award-winning tactical battler for just £2.99 / $4.99, cut from £6.99 / $9.99, and if you're a fan of in-depth, taxing battles on an epic scale then you should certainly be considering it.

At review we described Scourge of Estellion as "an engaging, polished, and deep strategy game with just a few niggles to dull the shine".

There's an awful lot of content to get your teeth into, and an intuitive touchscreen interface that makes organising your units and issuing your orders a doddle.

Turns play out simultaneously, so once you've told your squads what to do you tap a button and hope that your moves and strategies counter your enemy's and don't leave you stranded and vulnerable.
