Pursuit of Light is a wispy little leap 'em up where you hop from platform to platform by pressing the button that matches the symbol on the next foothold.
It's a clever idea that challenges your brain in a satisfying way, but the game is hampered by a wonky difficulty curve, and annoying obstacles like falling spikes that materialise out of thin air.
And as some traps encourage you to move quickly while others ask you to move cautiously, the game has an awkward stumbling rhythm and carries too many unforeseen deaths. The promise of 80 levels just sounds exhausting.
