The recording of this week's podcast just so happened to coincide with regular panellist Keith's birthday.

After we've called him old and reminded him that he's only a few years away from THAT free bus pass, we take a look at the first game to emerge from Rovio's new Rovio Stars publishing wing. That game's name is Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage.

Next, we pore over a predictably blurry picture of what is allegedly Logitech's upcoming iPhone case controller, and discuss Robert Bowling's decision to remove IAPs from his upcoming strategy shooter Breach & Clear.

Naturally, XCOM: Enemy Unknown is at the top of our New Releases pile. We also discuss Mickey's return to the limelight in Where's My Mickey?, and cast an eye over Forever Lost: Episode 2 and Rivals of Catan.

Finally, I explain why you should buy XCOM: Enemy Unknown in spite of its relatively high price tag, and Peter gets all philosophical over Plague Inc.

James pivoted to video so hard that he permanently damaged his spine, which now doubles as a Cronenbergian mic stand. If the pictures are moving, he's the one to blame.
