Barely two weeks after LambdaMu's last Pixel People update, the hard-working Singaporean dev has added another bundle of new missions, jobs, and buildings to its gene-splicing city builder.

Though it might be slightly late to the party (which clearly began in earnest yesterday), the Pixel People team has hidden nine Easter eggs around the city. Locate them all before April 30th, and you can add the Bunny gene to your splicing inventory.

If you're more interested in architecture than animal DNA, though, you'll be pleased to read that six new buildings are also available. These include the Beach House, Carnival, and Chemical Plant.

We also understand there is a secret hideout to discover, and 14 equally secret jobs to locate. Good luck.

Hip to be square

The animal lovers among you, meanwhile, should clear some extra space in your virtual menagerie, for Pixel People's pet quotient has just risen by four.

You'll also encounter so-called "special events" that are triggered by specific buildings. These events hold the key to pepping up your town's output, so keep an eye out for those.

If you've yet to get your splice on, you can download Pixel People for free from the App Store now. Once you've done that, be sure to check out our comprehensive guides [I, II] to the game.
