Pac-Man Championship Edition coming to iPhone
The gold rush continues
There have been dozens of Pac-Man games for portable devices - in July alone we saw two games from the franchise on mobile and one on iPhone, in the form of Pac-Man Remix. However, connoisseurs know that the only Pac-Man game really worth getting excited about is the XBLA update Championship Edition.
Which is why you should be pleased to learn that - according to G4TV at least - Pac-Man Championship Edition is coming to iPhone.
The news comes as no surprise, of course, as this week Namco has been busily signalling its intention to get involved in what it calls the iPhone 'gold rush'. Just yesterday we wrote about possible forthcoming versions of Tekken and Soul Calibur, compared to which, we have to say, Pac-Man Championship Edition looks like a much more appealing prospect.
