Renegade Kid's acclaimed pixel-art platformer Mutant Mudds has just landed on the New Zealand App Store. This can mean only one thing.
Yes, it'll be available to download for 69p / 99c in the UK and US from around midnight this evening.
In this Bronze Award-winning title, you take on the role of 2D hero Max, who can use his trusty jetpack to rush between the game's foreground and background.
The aim is to work your way through 60 rock-solid levels using your heavy-duty water cannon to wipe out the many Mutant Mudds that stand in your way.
If you manage to master these levels, you'll gain access to an additional playable character and 20 even-tougher levels that have been designed especially for veteran players.
At review, we called the 3DS version of Mutant Mudds a "great slice of retro-styled platforming". Providing it has solid controls, this iOS version should be just as good.
