Your main aim in this colourful action-packed title is to save planet Monpla from a mysterious darkness that's caused many of its inhabitants to either disappear or turn feral.
Naturally, you save the day by exploring Monpla and building a team of battlers from hundreds of different critters, which will defend you against attacks from feral beasties.
Unlike in Pokemon, your team will attack enemies automatically as they enter battle in Monpla Smash, so it's a case of sitting back and watching the action unfold.
According to its App Store description, Monpla Smash is incompatible with all iPod touch devices, the iPhone 3G, the iPhone 3GS, the original iPad, and any other device running a version of Apple's iOS 4. Furthermore, an internet connection is required to play.
