Hideo Kojima to talk Metal Gear Solid Touch at Apple Store

iPhone owning residents of San Francisco are in for a rare treat today when Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima heads downtown to the Apple Store to meet his fans.

The celebrated game designer is scheduled to give a talk on Metal Gear Solid Touch in the Apple Store at 3PM. Konami will be handing out wristbands to the first 200 people to get in the queue, and is expected to take a few questions from the audience on his latest creation.

To be honest, this latest Metal Gear game didn’t particularly get our fingers snaking about the iPhone screen as much as we’d hoped, but it’s still a great opportunity to see one of the most fascinating industry veterans in a rare public appearance, so we’d forgive anyone for stopping the Apple Store.
