Marvel Strike Force adds Mr. Sinister and Stryfe to its ever-growing roster of heroes and villains

Squad-based RPG Marvel Strike Force is set to add the supervillain team known as 'The Marauders' as the game's latest War Defense Team. The two new characters are Mr. Sinister and Stryfe. Joining their supervillain team are updated versions of fan-favourites Mystique and Sabretooth.

Mr. Sinister is a powerful support character for The Marauders. He has a large health pool at his disposal, as well as some potent heals for nearby allies. On top of that, Sinister's Ultimate ability allows him to clone any enemy he's currently facing, thereby gaining access to their powers. This could come in super handy if used at an opportune moment.

Stryfe is a powerful protector for the team, specialising in stacking taunts and absorbing huge amounts of damage with his Barrier and Deflect abilities. On top of that, he can gain extra resistance and apply more debuffs with extra focus in the game's tricky War Offense mode.

Mystique's abilities have all been reworked to make her even more deadly in combat. Her basic ability now deals more damage, while her special ability can flip enemy buffs into debuffs at a moment's notice. Her passive ability works with Mr. Sinister, allowing for some great team synergy.

When paired with Mr. Sinister, Sabretooth gains the Crit Chance buff and can assist with non-attack abilities, making him an all-round better character.

You can get an up-close look at Mr. Sinister and Stryfe's neat character designs in the trailer and screenshot above. And if you're yet to give Marvel Strike Force a go, you'll find it available for download now for free from both the App Store and Google Play.
