Leave Me Alone is a post-apocalyptic sidescrolling beat-em-up set at some point in the '90s or '80s.

You play as a skateboarding ruffian and do 'cool' things like perform tricks, drink pop, and beat up punks, mutants, and ruffians - all in the name of 'fun'.

There are 21 different levels to do this in that offer a variety of different environments like a city under siege or even the depths of Hell.

You'll spend most of your time whacking enemies with your skateboard but there are some powerful skills to learn too, like leaving a wall of fire in your wake to singe enemies with.

And you'll need those skills when you come up against one of the insane bosses that can extinguish your life faster than your pop quenches your thirst.

But if it's a serious challenge you're looking for, you should give Hardcore Mode a try where lives are limited and enemies are aplenty.

So if skateboarding, '80s / '90s references, and rebellion are your cup of tea, head on over to the App Store [download] tonight to check out Leave Me Alone.
