Knituma warms up your fingers with its frantic knitting challenge, out now on iOS
Thread and needle
Knituma is a game about helping a bear knit the world's longest scarf in preparation for the winter.
If that short description isn't enough to want to make you play Knituma then I'm at a loss for words.
Only kidding. I haven't even mentioned what the cat does, or the fact that there are wig-wearing ducks playing trumpets.
Developer Paprika Games calls Knituma the "crazy knitting game," and it feels appropriate.
The game itself involves catching balls of string that are thrown across the screen. You can link them with a thread for a combo, but only get the points when dragging them into the basket at the bottom of the screen.
Trying to stop you bagging those points are scissors and blades that will cut your string. The cat also plays its role here, shoving its paws in to mess you up as it plays with the balls of string.
Knituma is free to download on the App Store, so if you're after something to keep you warm with a bit of personality, give it a bash.
