Continuing its love affair with papercraft visuals, State of Play will soon release a puzzle game for iOS called Kami.

Considering State of Play's experimentation with the papercraft technique in the Bronze Award-winning Lume, it seems only logical that the team would seek inspiration from origami next.

So, that's precisely what this London-based studio did.

Your task in Kami is to fold coloured paper squares in order to complete each level in as few moves as possible. You pick a level and try to fill the whole screen with the requisite colour.

It's probably much trickier than it sounds (and looks). This is all the more impressive when you realise that State of Play has actually created all of these puzzles with physical materials.

State of Play hasn't confirmed a concrete release date for Kami yet, but we do know that it will surface for iOS "soon".
