Capcom brings number crunching KENKEN puzzler to App Store

Like nature red in tooth and claw, so it seems with puzzles. For a hundred years, we were happy with crosswords, but then all of sudden we had sudoku, kakuro, nonograms and other crazy, complex ways of wasting time fighting for our attention.

So to KenKen. It's sort of like sudoku and sort of not. Anyway, it's numbers in boxes plus some extra maths equations thrown in for good measure.

And actually we really enjoyed the mobile version - KENKEN: Train Your Brain that was released by Capcom and designed by KenKen creator Tetsuya Miyamoto (no relation).

Capcom's now bringing the experience - again designed by Tetsuya Miyamoto - to iPhone. There will be over 250 puzzles in total, plus the prerequisite tutorial.

KenKen: Train Your Brain will be available on the App Store in June.
