Surprise! Harvest Moon: Light of Hope just released on iOS
And in time for the real harvest moon, too
This time last year we were getting hyped for the release of Stardew Valley on Nintendo Switch. While we're no closer to getting it on iOS, Harvest Moon's jumped in to save the day by launching Light of Hope. You can grab it on the App Store for 14.99/$14.99.
Searching for a new life and a clean slate you head off on the high seas, only to be struck by a terrible storm. After your ship sinks you wash up on the shore of a little harbour town also ruined by the rains.
In typical Harvest Moon fashion, it's up to you to rise to the challenge and build the place back up to its former glory, and then some. Balance farming, gathering resources, raising animals, chatting to the locals, and finding love, while you do everything you can to save the lighthouse.
This has comes about to celebrate both the recent harvest moon (IRL) and Harvest Moon's 20th anniversary. Don't worry, Android-users, you'll apparently be able to get your hands on a copy later this week.
