Gangstar developer Gameloft shutters Madrid studio
|

Gameloft, purveyors of fine mobile games like the Gangstar series and Modern Combat Versus, has closed its Madrid studio yesterday, according to reports from Spanish gaming sites Vandal and Eurogamer.es. The company has let go over 40 staff members as a result of the closure.

Gameloft has been releasing staff and closing studios around the world since 2015, so this isn’t exactly new for the company.
